Believe me when I tell you this will change your life.Īfter very careful thought I ordered the sweet potato hash, which includes roasted sweet potatoes with savory soffritto & Tuscan kale. It includes buttermilk pancakes with caramelized pineapple chunks, house-made vanilla crème and cinnamon butter. John had visited the Oak Lawn location and couldn’t stop talking about the upside-down pineapple pancakes, so we had to order one and share. Everything on the menu sounded amazing making the decision even more difficult. We were quickly served coffee in a bright yellow mug that felt as if it was handmade. The décor felt as if you walked into a 1970’s diner. I loved everything about this restaurant. We walked in at 7:45am and beat the crowd, after 30 minutes the place was packed.
